The 24 Form offers an accessible entry point for beginners, focusing on fluidity and relaxation.
The 64 Form builds on these foundations, deepening internal awareness and energy connection through expanded movement and spiralling transitions.

Both forms are pathways toward mindfulness in motion — a moving meditation that restores harmony between strength and softness, stillness and flow.
